IMPORTANT DATES:
Registration: July 18th - August 22nd $65.00/pp ($5 Sibling Discount applied at checkout)
*Once a division is "full" based on available teams, your player will be waitlisted.
We will do our best to accommodate all players, but cannot make any guarantees.
After 8/22 there will be a $10 late fee assessed if we are able to accommodate your player.
Divisions:
T-Ball #1: 3.5-4 yr olds (*If your child is not within the "League Age" of 4, a waiver will need to be signed.)
T-Ball #2: Ages 5, 6, & 7
Minors B: Ages 7, 8, 9 - Machine Pitch
Minors A: Ages 8, 9, 10 - Live Pitch
Majors: Ages 10, 11, & 12
Seniors: Ages 13, 14, 15, & 16
(*The Minors division will be split into A/ B IF there are enough players and Coaches for each division. Otherwise there will be one Minors division TBD whether it will be exclusively Machine Pitch or a 50/50 with Live Pitch)
*Monday/Thursday - T-Ball #2, Majors, & Seniors
*Tuesday/Friday - T-Ball #1, Minors A & B

Umpire Clinic, Coaches Meeting, Field Maintenance/Work Day - Saturday, August 16th
Mini Camps: August 18th - August 22nd
6:30 PM Every Night except for Wednesday
*Mini Camps are not required, but are open to players in all divisions.
Only players of assigned Coaching Staff will be placed on a specific team. All other players will be automatically drafted to teams by the computer at random. **With the exception of siblings, we are unable to accommodate requests to be placed on specific teams.
Managers will select jersey colors and contact players after teams are established.
Coaches will let you know what color pants, socks, and belts they would prefer for their team.
Official Season Dates:
August 25th - October 24th
Trunk or Treat - Monday, October 27th @ 7:00PM
(Rain Date Tuesday, October 28th)
Uniforms:
**IMPORTANT - PLEASE Verify Jersey Size and list your top 3 Jersey #’s in order of preference.
If there are duplicate #'s on a team, preference will be given based on your date of registration.
**There is NO guarantee of final jersey #'s, if no #'s are listed a # will be assigned at random.**
All Games begin prompty at 6:30PM. Please plan to arrive between 6:00-6:15 for warm-ups.
*If you are unable to be there for a game, PLEASE let your Coach know, as line-ups are submitted prior to game play.
Be sure to sign up for an evening in Concessions!
Parents are expected to volunteer for at least one 2-hour shift throughout the season.
If there are no volunteers to work concessions, it will unfortunately remain closed for that evening.
